Something wrong with your order? Start by contacting the seller. Most issues resolve quickly. If you need us, reach out within 7 days of delivery. Package never arrived? Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Item not as described?
If what arrives doesn't match the listing description, you're entitled to a full refund including original shipping. Document the issue with photos and contact the seller through Trad Market. If it isn't resolved, we'll step in. The seller covers return shipping.
Change of heart?
We get it. Return the item within 7 days in its original condition and receive a full refund of the item price. Once the seller confirms receipt, your refund is processed. You'll arrange and cover return shipping.
Every transaction is verified
All sellers complete identity verification before receiving any payments. You always know there's a real, accountable person on the other side of your purchase.
How to report an issue
Issues must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery. If your order never arrived, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date.

When it's not the right fit
Not every instrument is the right match. If a buyer returns because it isn't right for them, they cover return shipping and your original shipping charge stays with you.
